Staff in this lab are very compassionate and helpful. Although I was late for my checkup, the front desk was very polite and tried their best to help me out rather than denying straight away. They confirmed with the doctor and since he was available, I was able to get my test done. The staff here is polite and ready to get the things done.

Staff is very cooperative. MR.Gautam who is in Hari Nagar branch is very humble and polite. He start to attend the patient without single moment delay. I really appreciate that.

MRI Technicians can a bit friendly with patients… especially Mr. Vishal.. he was pretty rude while handling patients.. Mr. Rahul managed well. Housekeeping and reception staff were very cooperative.

radiologist for usg tvs are not at all professional. However radiologist for usg tvs of city imagine xray are good Also, they should make a better arrangement for billing at city imagine lab

Extremely unmanaged. They’ve two buildings and keep moving people between the two. I went for tests and spent four hours moving between two buildings atleast 6 times.

We are visiting City Imaging Labs, Tilak Nagar since last 5-6 years for our annual health checkup and tests, and I must say that they provide excellent services, well maintained, hygienic labs with the state of the art latest machines.They have polite and caring staff and attendants. I am confident about their services and results, will recommend everyone to utilise their services.
